Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing the services provided by StackVel Agency ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

StackVel specializes in web design, development, maintenance, and digital strategy. Specific project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be detailed in individual Project Proposals or Master Service Agreements signed by both parties before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Standard projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront to initiate work.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and prior to final deployment or handoff.
All invoices are strictly net-15 days. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment in full, the Client retains full ownership of the final website design, content, and developed deliverables. StackVel retains the right to feature the completed project within our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to the project's start.

5. Limitation of Liability

StackVel acts in good faith to deliver secure, performant, and reliable solutions. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or indirect losses arising from the use of our websites, third-party plugin failures, server downtime, or unauthorized access post-handoff.

6. Revisions & Approvals

Projects include a predefined number of revision rounds (typically two). Any additional changes requested beyond the agreed-upon scope will be billed at our standard hourly agency rate.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
